Residential

This bespoke project was the re-erection of an ancient oak frame to be used as a home for the client’s car collection. This is a great example of blending old with new and intertwining modern technology with old buildings.

Our work included:

  • Groundworks and site preparation.
  • Use of reclaimed brickwork and stone used for constructing the base.
  • Re-erection of the oak frame.
  • Re-claimed tiles used for the roof covering.
  • Waney edged elm cladding used for external walls to hide 100mm insulation.
  • Install underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump.
